Help 'Em Up: ARC provides fittings and measurements for canine carts and harnesses. We help pick out the right device for your pet as well as provide resources for owners and their handicapped pets. We provide direction for assistive device to you’re your pets needs, there is one harness we loved so much we carry in house. ARC distributes, the Help em’ up Harness. Tracy attended a conference in the States and when she saw these harnesses she knew it was something we had to have on hand to provide our clients with.
